Great job!
Just wanted to give you some feed back on Officer Cooper’s report and observation last night. He came across some individuals last night driving around the property, approached them to see If they were looking for something or if everything was ok. He notified front desk as well of his findings. He was able to gather that the men were from MSNBC and were looking for a guest who may or may not be staying here.
Officer Cooper did not give any details to the gentlemen which is outstanding. If you can relay this on to Officer Cooper and the rest of the officers who will be patrolling here that at no time do we give out any information regarding guest on property (not acknowledging if a guest is staying here). Officer Cooper did a great job on not stating Yes or No regarding the guest as I am sure your team knows this as well.
good response on activity and growth in the area brings trouble 24/7 relook

I just wanted to say Kudos to your team for the great communication/pass-on yesterday. We had a sitaution that we needed to make all MODs as well as Security aware of as it pretained to one of our associates. I just can’t stress the importance of safety and security support as we both speak about frequently. This is great communication and security support to ensure both guests as well as associates are safe! Please let your team know.

Good morning. I was a guest staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix this past weekend, and I have to let you know that your security guard, Tommy, averted a crisis at the rooftop pool.
Without going into the details, Tommy stood in-between two very large men who were in a very heated argument and were determined to fight each other. Combined, the two men were over 600 lbs. If they had fought, it would have been devastating to everyone there, ruining the weekend, and potentially hurting several people in proximity. What stood out with Tommy, besides his bravery in stepping in, was how calm and professional he was in diffusing the situation.
I spoke with Cody afterwards, and he said even though Tommy was a contractor and technically not an IHG employee, he was still part of your Team (which is great to know). I just want to let you know that yes, he was doing his job, but he did it very well last Saturday. Tommy should honestly be commended for his professionalism and dedication to ensure a safe environment for your customers.
Thanks for leading such an awesome Team at your hotel. For sure, I will return in the near future.
Respectfully,

report # 685394451 (Joshua Kelter) Was the perfect example of the needed information to assist not only the client but the guests of the hotel. it accurately captured all of the documents needed to accurately file a damage claim from the accident and greatly assisted with the expedited requests of the hotel and insurance staff.

Charles Holloway - "I think this is the first time Charles worked at our hotel. He stepped up and was at the biggest “Choke Point” for the conference. He did an amazing job and The Lodging Conference team even said so."
